Individual Counselling
One-on-one therapy sessions focused on personal growth and healing.
Most treatments require weekly sessions to be effective. Patients being discharged have sessions once every two weeks. If necessary, the patient can request extra appointments or reschedule existing ones in advance.
The duration of treatment varies depending on the objective and the individual. Although the results are not immediate and require commitment, the treatment is focused on achieving the established goals, resulting in a discharge process.
Couple Counselling
Therapy for couples working together on relationship goals and challenges.
Couple counselling is usually weekly, but cases where extra sessions are needed are common.
In general, couple psychotherapy has a shorter treatment time than individual therapy.
In couple counselling, only the common goals of the couple are worked on. When there are goals of only one of the members, they are objects of individual counselling.
Family Counselling
Comprehensive family therapy involving all family members working toward common goals.
Sessions are usually weekly. If necessary, extra sessions or rescheduling of appointments can be requested.
The duration of treatment depends on the situation and the family.
In family counselling, only the common goals of the family are worked on. When there are goals of only one of the members, they are objects of individual counselling.
Child Counselling
Specialized therapy for children using age-appropriate strategies and techniques.
Sessions are usually weekly, but may vary depending on the needs of the child and family.
